I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to raving about Ana Maria Velasco, there are so many things but I will try to keep it to a minimum! When we decided to put our home on the marker we met with Ana Maria in our home where she answered all of my million questions as well as helped guide what improvements would be needed for top dollar. Not only did she help us with which improvements to make she had wonderful referrals that did amazing work with a super quick turnaround. When our MULTIPLE offers started to roll in. Ana Maria would update us with an amazing job with marketing our house that it sold in 2 days, yes you read that right, BEFORE it even hit the market with multiple offers over asking! Once we accepted an offer this is where Ana Maria quickly started helping, guiding us step by step of everything we needed to do before closing.
